AVIANCA UPGRADES AIRCRAFT TO SERVE CURACAO

The route will be operated by an Airbus 318 with 100 passenger capacity as of June 1st

Starting on the 15th of July, the flight will be also offered on Fridays

Starting June 1st, Avianca will upgrade the aircraft serving its passengers between Curacao and its hub in Bogota. Currently the route is being served by an F100 and due to market demand and for increased comfort for its passengers will now be served with an Airbus 318 for 100 passengers. This aircraft allows increased cargo capacity and enables to offer 12% more seats per flight.

Passengers can connect within short periods of time to and from the main Colombian cities: Medellin, Cali, Bucaramanga, Cartagena, Barranquilla, and Pereira. It also offers convenient connections to South, Central, and North America with flights to and from Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima, Quito, Guayaquil, Panama, Mexico, and New York.
